Hi, this is Christian, and I hope my website Clearpanicaway.com helps you reduce or even eliminate your panic attacks and anxiety. I’ve created this website for anxiety sufferers, and offer tips, suggestions and resources on drug-free methods to help you out.

While drugs can certainly be helpful in the worst cases, I feel that effective, long-term strategies involves support from others, “re-training” the mind to remove triggers that cause the attacks, and helpful lifestyle choices that have been proven to worsen anxiety – coffee, bad sleep patterns, lack of exercise, and certain foods. I’ve found that certain daily routines, especially done right after I wake up, help make the day much more comforting and positive.
